Platinum IE is required under California Assembly Bill 506 (AB 506) to perform a Live Scan fingerprint background check on anyone with supervisory or disciplinary authority over children, staff or board members, and volunteers. You have the right to know that your information will be used only for this legally required background check. Providing your personal information is voluntary; however, if you choose not to provide some or all of the required information, Platinum IE cannot allow you to contract with or volunteer for the organization.
